I found the staff really polite and they helped me a lot. the room had a view, it was lovely! i think the breakfast was the best. It was buffet style that day and it had lots of different stuff. i will come back next year, for sure!

it got a bit warmer after they fixed it, it still wasn't hot. i really wanted a hot jacuzzi!

The breakfast felt quite repetitive. It was the same offerings every morning for the four nights i stayed. also, the minibar prices were surprisingly high. i found that i had to constantly ask for it to be restocked too. It was a small inconvenience. there was no real variety and the quality seemed somewhat standard, not what you expect from a resort like this. the selection seemed limited and not particularly fresh. it felt more like a standard hotel breakfast than a luxury resort experience, repetitive breakfast, high minibar prices
